Terms of Service

BizPlanNaija gives you tools to create and publish a landing page for your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish and for making sure your page follows applicable laws and respects other people's rights.

You must not abuse the service. That includes spam, fraud, malware, phishing, impersonation, or any other activity that harms the platform or other users. We may suspend or remove access if we believe the service is being misused.

Paid plans are billed through Paystack. When you subscribe, you authorize recurring billing according to the plan you choose. Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew until you cancel them.

Refunds: monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billed. If you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of the paid period and the subscription stops at the next renewal.

You own the content you create and upload to your page. By using BizPlanNaija, you give us the limited permission needed to host, display, and serve that content as part of the service.
